Stribling’s academic journey laid a robust foundation for his career. He earned a business degree from the University of New Mexico’s Anderson School of Management, focusing on production and operations management, entrepreneurial studies, and marketing. These diverse educational pursuits gave him a comprehensive understanding of business operations, entrepreneurship, and marketing strategies.

Before establishing 814 Solutions, Stribling gained valuable industry experience. He worked as an account executive at Worldwide Express in Albuquerque, New Mexico, where he honed his sales and client relationship skills. He then served as a regional account compliance manager at Windswept Organix, partnering with commercial, residential, and heavy civil construction companies to address environmental concerns and enhance their business approaches. Additionally, Stribling held the position of retail specialist at Black & Decker.

In February 2010, Stribling founded 814 Solutions LLC, an Erosion Control Contractor and Environmental Consultant. As CEO, he has led the company for over 14 years, guiding it to success in the environmental management sector. Under his leadership, 814 Solutions has become known for its expertise in designing site-specific Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans, performing stormwater inspections, and providing environmental consulting services.

Outside of his professional life, Stribling enjoys a rich personal life with his wife and four children. The family is actively involved in team sports, with his daughters playing soccer and his oldest son playing baseball. Stribling and his wife, who met through soccer, continue to play the sport together. He also has a passion for golf and enjoys traveling.
